We have developed an online database to find the results of your local GP practice and to report the latest annual QOF points. You can also use the database to compare your local GP practice with other GP practices locally, or across England.

The QOF is a voluntary reward and incentive programme. It rewards GP practices, in England, for the quality of care they provide to their patients and helps standardise improvements in the delivery of primary care. The results are published every year.
