Direct comparisons between 2008/09 achievement data and previous years are not possible.

The QOF was revised for 2008/09. Although the QOF still comprises a total of 1,000 available points, the distribution of points between the four domains was changed. The clinical domain is now worth 650 points (655 in 2007/08); the organisation domain is worth 167.5 points (181 in 2007/08); the Patient Experience domain is worth 146.5 points (108 in 2007/08); the Additional Services domain is worth 36 points (the same as in 2007/08). There have also been changes to various indicators within domains.
